Position Overview We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide rehabilitative care and functional mobility support to patients across various care settings.
Schedule:
Per diem, contract, and short-term opportunities may be available
Setting:
Outpatient clinics, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, home health, or hospital-based programs
Start:
After completion of onboarding requirements
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions
Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and recovery strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in your state
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Ability to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements
