Pediatric Physical Therapist Join the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNAHG) as a Pediatric Physical Therapist on a per diem basis. This role provides skilled nursing care to home‑care patients in Middlesex County.

Responsibilities

Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence and fostering positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers.

Assesses and evaluates clients for physical therapy needs and develops and implements appropriate plans of action in collaboration with the physician.

Documents all changes in client’s condition and updates care plans and outcomes accordingly.

Identifies counseling needs and plans appropriate teaching strategies.

Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided.

Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies.

Adheres to organization’s absenteeism and appearance policies.

Qualifications

Physical Therapy licensure in New Jersey required.

2–3 years of prior clinical experience and community‑based experience preferred.

Strong computer skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid New Jersey driver’s license.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movements, use of phone and tablet for documentation.

Compensation Pay Transparency Act: total compensation range USD $80,000.00 – $135,000.00. This range reflects base salary, overtime, bonuses, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
