Location: Augusta, ME
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage work‑related injuries.
Perform medical surveillance and coordinate with stakeholders on injury and return‑to‑work cases.
Provide clinical guidance, delegate tasks, and monitor patient flow.
Foster team development through training and mentorship.
Collaborate with medical teams and implement process improvements for workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing.
Current Maine APN/PA‑C license.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Managerial background.
Occupational health experience preferred.
