As the Clinical Supervisor, NP/PA-C, you'll oversee daily operations of an occupational health clinic at a shipyard, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Diagnose, treat, and manage work‑related injuries and illnesses for employees.
Perform medical surveillance, physical exams, and case reviews for environmental exposures and safety programs.
Supervise and coordinate clinical staff, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate coverage.
Provide training, coaching, and education to clinical team members.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on injury management, return‑to‑work, and fitness assessments.
Identify workflow improvements and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications include a master's degree in nursing, current Maine license or compact, certification as NP or PA‑C, minimum 5 years’ experience, managerial background, and occupational health familiarity preferred.
The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
