Clinical Support Coordinator Position Number: 400490 | Location: Greenville | Full Time | 1 FTE

Responsibilities Brody School of Medicine's Department of Academic Affairs is seeking a full‑time Clinical Support Coordinator to provide administrative and programmatic support for students during the clinical curriculum. Key duties include: planning, scheduling, evaluating, and executing clinical programs; communicating with faculty, students, and administration to ensure effective implementation; reviewing materials and meeting essential deadlines; and coordinating with team members to deliver coordinated, effective services.

Additionally, the Coordinator will develop, seek approval for, monitor, update, and review clinic‑service contracts with community field sites. The position serves as the liaison to the College of Allied Health Sciences and the Division of Health Sciences Contracts Office, and ensures compliance with background checks, drug testing, immunizations, and accreditation guidelines for all students.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic medical‑education environment.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Experience in clinical or academic program coordination.

Knowledge of contract management and compliance with accreditation requirements.
