A Special Opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) - ESY Contract
This position offers an excellent chance for certified and credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide vital support to elementary school students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. Located in Riverside, CA, this on-site role focuses on delivering targeted speech-language services that enable students academic and communication success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary interventions
Desired Qualifications:
Certified SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the ASHA
Licensure eligibility or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable
Experience working in school settings, particularly elementary education, strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based clinical practices
Location: Riverside, CA
