Job Description Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to mergers and acquisitions. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for transactions. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution. Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate and M&A matters. Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes impacting real estate and M&A practices. Manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery. Support business development initiatives through legal advice and client engagement.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Bar admission in New York or eligibility to practice law in the state. Experience in real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A detail‑oriented and client‑focused approach to work.
