Implementation Manager
to join our
Operations team . In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of
Workable’s Recruiting & HR solutions
for new customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience. You’ll act as a
project manager and trusted partner
for our customers, coordinating closely with internal teams such as
Sales, Product, and Technical Support
to deliver successful implementations. This includes managing onboarding projects as well as professional services such as
integrations, data migrations, and custom reports . As the primary point of contact throughout the implementation phase, you’ll guide customers on best practices, proactively identify and resolve risks, track progress and satisfaction, and ensure timelines and expectations are met. Following go-live, you’ll continue to support customers through structured check-ins to drive adoption, long-term value, and customer success. 3+ years of experience in implementation or project management Proven track record in managing systems integration and data migration projects Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and salessupportroles Experience in the SaaS industry or HR Tech is preferred Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Ability to understand customer needs and provide guidance on best practices Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Capability to understand complex systems and provide strategic recommendations Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support. Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-sales discussions to ensure a smooth handover and set clear expectations for new customers. Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workable's Recruiting and HR solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment. Monitor project timelines and key milestones, proactively addressing risks, issues, or delays to ensure successful delivery. Act as a project manager for professional services engagements, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a seamless implementation experience. Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor, helping them realise value from Workable’s solutions. Understand customer goals and challenges, and provide guidance and best practices to drive adoption and success. Track and report on implementation progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Conduct post-implementation and post-renewal check-ins to ensure ongoing alignment with customer needs and maximise product usage.
