What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct deep-dive discovery calls with prospective customers to identify and document critical business issues

Deliver expert technical demonstrations of enterprise-level software tailored to executive‑level stakeholders

Collaborate with consulting and product management teams to bridge gaps between sales and product

Gather and model pre‑demo data to influence the sales cycle and provide insights into software impact

Engage in strategic consultations to architect high-impact solutions for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven expertise in the discovery process and translating complex business problems into technical software solutions

Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from end‑users to executives

Experience in a collaborative environment, working across departments to convey the long‑term value of digital construction tools

Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a relevant field

Direct experience in heavy civil construction is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience with enterprise‑level SaaS solutions within the commercial construction or AECO landscape

Familiarity with the unique workflows and challenges in heavy civil construction
