Contract Details
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Options Available
Pay: Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to fabricate metal and non-metal parts
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures
Perform in-process inspections to verify part accuracy
Provide first article for QC review and approval
Accurately record quantities produced and maintain traceability procedures
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at end of each shift
Required Experience
Experience operating CNC machines in a metal manufacturing environment
Familiarity with machine setup, tool changes, and first article inspections
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience with HAAS, Mazak, or similar equipment
Exposure to ISO quality standards or traceability systems
Experience in both manual and CNC machining environments
Required Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading and technical schematics
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify compliant preferred)
Preferred Skills
Machine setup and tool calibration (for machinists)
Preventive maintenance knowledge
Experience with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
