FT Maintenance Coordinator
We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to manage facility maintenance for all of our locations throughout Ocean County. The Coordinator will repair major and minor issues, oversee a crew of maintenance staff, ensure timeliness and accuracy of jobs, serve as the point of contact for after-hours emergency on‑call issues, submit estimates and invoices for major repair work, maintain outside landscapes, and handle minor repairs to appliances, furniture, office equipment, etc.
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
Repair major and minor maintenance issues on company properties.
Oversee and coordinate a crew of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for after‑hours and emergency on‑call maintenance requests.
Submit accurate estimates and invoices for major repair work in accordance with agency protocol.
Maintain the outdoor landscapes of all agency properties.
Install and complete minor repairs to appliances, furniture, office equipment, and related items.
Requirements
Minimum five years of professional experience leading a facility maintenance team.
Proven advanced knowledge of home repair, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping.
High attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lawn equipment.
Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing with no more than five points.
Experience managing the work order process through a central database is preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
