What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, and visitors.
Manage scheduling, intake, and administrative processes with accuracy.
Handle insurance verification and payments with integrity.
Support clinic operations and coordinate with the care team.
Create a welcoming environment that reflects PT Now's mission and values.
Participate in weekly L10 Meetings with Staff.
Attend all Company & Training Events & communicate/Roll out to Staff.
Track and report team time.
