$115,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary Benefits:

Position Description We are looking for a
dedicated
and
compassionate
Coordinator in for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Staten Island. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Qualifications of the Coordinator
Proven experience in Medicare and Medicaid billing or coordination.
Hands-on experience with Visual Chart (required).
Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement rates and payer rules.
Experience working with outsourced AR teams in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities of the Coordinator
Coordinate and manage Medicare and Medicaid billing from submission through payment.
Oversee accounts receivable and collaborate with outsourced AR teams to ensure timely collections.
Apply and monitor Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement (“going”) rates and resolve denials or discrepancies.
Utilise Visual Chart to track, update, and reconcile claims, reporting directly to Benny.
