Job Summary & Responsibilities The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high quality care and coordination of all unit functions. Key responsibilities include:
Direct and monitor nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Serve as a resource for staff and provide guidance on clinical matters.
Collaborate with management to evaluate performance and improve quality outcomes.
Model commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
Registered Nurse Diploma or equivalent experience.
