How You’ll Contribute
Assess emotional, psychological, and social situations.
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
Connect patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure equitable care within the healthcare system.

What We’re Looking For
Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure preferred.
Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment. May be required to work flexible hours.
