Working in our 30-bed Progressive Coronary Care Unit means joining a team that delivers advanced care for patients with complex cardiac conditions in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Our patient population includes individuals recovering from acute coronary syndromes, post-cardiac interventions, arrhythmia management, and advanced heart failure. This diverse and specialized setting allows nurses to develop strong critical thinking skills and expertise in progressive cardiac care.

Qualifications
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457-bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. As a designated Level III Trauma Center, we provide comprehensive emergency services and a wide range of specialty medical care. We are proud to hold disease-specific certifications in Stroke, Epilepsy, Spine, Bariatrics, and Chest Pain Center care.
