Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000–$95,000/year (based on experience)

$2,000 sign‑on bonus

Performance‑based bonus program

CEU reimbursement up to $4,000 + unlimited opportunities for certifications (Balance, Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, and more)

Patient Population

Primarily orthopedic patients with a mix of vestibular and balance conditions

Responsibilities

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

Track patient progress and modify therapy as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Educate patients and families on conditions, therapy goals, and home programs

Stay current with best practices and clinical advancements

Uphold clinic safety standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program

Active Missouri PT license (or ability to obtain)

Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
