This FYZICAL location is owned by a Physical Therapist with 26 years of experience who is deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and helping clinicians grow with confidence. Base pay range $76,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Your Role
Provide direct patient care to patients of various ages
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and examinations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Adjust care plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes
Collaborate with referring providers and clinical leadership
Educate patients, families, and caregivers for long-term success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support clinic operations, quality standards, and best practices
Participate in local marketing and community outreach initiatives
Ideal Candidates
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
Adult outpatient preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
Experience in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurologic, or fall-risk care is a plus but not required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a high-trust environment
CPR/BLS certified
Proficient with EMR systems and digital clinical tools
Committed to continuous learning and professional development
