Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior - RN at Edgerton Care Center Location & Position
Edgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI (on-site). Status: Weekend Warrior. Employment Type: Full‑time (flexible schedule). Schedule: Days, PMs, NOCs, Weekends – choose what fits your schedule. Base Pay Range
$43.00/hr – $57.00/hr Compensation
$38.00 – $44.56 per hour dependent on experience Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
Level 1: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend) Level 2: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month) Level 3: base hourly wage +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)
PLUS shift differentials – $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift Benefits

Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately Assess residents and report changes promptly Document care in the EMR Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs Ensure infection control and safety compliance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications
Required:
Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing) CPR certified Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience Supervisory or leadership experience
