The LPN must be a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members. Compensation
$33.00 – $32.83 per hour dependent on experience Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels: Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend) Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month) Elite Level: +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off) PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift Benefits

Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately Assess residents and report changes promptly Document care in the EMR Monitor performance and mentor CNAs Ensure infection control and safety compliance Completes all other duties as assigned Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing) CPR certified Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Long-term care or skilled nursing experience Clinical experience What You Can Expect
