Position – Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior
Location: Ingleside Communities – Mount Horeb, WI (on-site)
Status: Weekend Warrior
Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling – you choose what fits your schedule
Job Summary A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident. The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.
Compensation
$45.00 – $52.77 per hour dependent on experience
Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)
Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
Elite Level: base hourly wage +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)
PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Assess residents and report changes promptly
Document care in the EMR
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Ensure infection control and safety compliance
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications Required:
Active RN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
CPR certified
Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Supervisory or leadership experience
