DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain accurate settlement disbursement statements. Audit and reconcile case expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance. Request, track, and organize updated statements for client files. Communicate with clients daily to provide updates and address inquiries. Monitor and update Settlement team regarding documents sent, received, or outstanding. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Perform general administrative duties, including document management and data entry. REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle sensitive client matters. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues proactively. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
