Job Details This role is focused on mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of production equipment to ensure consistent uptime, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production and material‑handling equipment used in high‑speed manufacturing operations
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, sensors, drives, belts, chains, bearings, pneumatics, and basic control components
Support daily production by responding to equipment issues and minimizing downtime
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections following established procedures
Use a CMMS to document work orders, PMs, and parts usage
Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and standard work practices
Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with 5S principles
Participate in a rotating weekend or on‑call schedule as required
Required Qualifications
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience maintaining high‑speed production or material processing equipment
Working knowledge of motors, sensors, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and maintenance documentation
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Basic familiarity with PLC‑controlled equipment (diagnostics only — no programming required)
Ability to use a CMMS or maintenance tracking system
Ownership of personal hand tools suitable for industrial maintenance work
