The Talent Acquisition – Mass Recruiter plays a key role in helping our clients meet their hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified onshore candidates. This role focuses on high-volume hiring and works closely with hiring managers to ensure roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, on-the-ground recruiting such as job fairs, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Implement and manage high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the demands of high-turnover roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Stay current with industry trends such as salary benchmarks to attract talents.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
Experience managing multiple roles at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills using different platforms and recruitment tools.
Good communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Experience using applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Background in high-turnover industries such as retail, hospitality, home healthcare, or daycare is a plus.
Shift / Hours Monday – Friday in one single shift, 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST which is 8:00 PM PH – 5:00 AM PH outside of Daylight Savings Time and 9:00 PM PH – 6:00 AM PH within Daylight Savings Time.
Business Overview Client provides early childhood daycare and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), delivering in-home support for children with mental, medical, and developmental needs.
