A fast-growing, real estate organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a multi-state, field-based workforce. This role will act as the primary HR consultant for site leaders and employees, providing hands‑on guidance in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement across multiple properties. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR partner to site and regional leaders across multiple locations Travel bi-weekly or monthly to properties to support leaders and employees onsite Resolve complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, HIPAA, Wage & Hour, FCRA, etc.) Support leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims Assist with onboarding, terminations, and employee engagement initiatives Partner with leadership on policy guidance, training, and workforce planning Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive proactive solutions Required Qualifications
