Responsibilities

Move and implement large enterprise equipment.

Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cabling between equipment.

Ensure proper safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.

Follow well established hardware installation procedures and break‑fix activities.

Safely use material handling tools and equipment.

Travel within and outside of the regional work area.

Automate and scale next‑generation networks.

Physical Requirements

Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for over 41 pounds.

Work in a 24/7 environment and participate in primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.

Work in cramped, elevated, and noisy environments.

Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.

Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.

Basic Qualifications

Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.

Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry standard certifications (BICSI, CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $50,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms compensation as part of a total compensation package. Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided.
