Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
to step into a senior leadership role as
Director of Clinical Programs . This position offers the opportunity to lead multiple nonprofit programs, influence service delivery at a systems level, and improve outcomes for individuals and families in our community. Schedule:
8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Salary:
$115,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE)
Location:
San Bernardino, CA (On-site; not remote)
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to program managers and staff
Oversee multiple funded programs (Housing, Ryan White, HOPWA, STI/PrEP, and private grants)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HUD, HRSA, and State/Federal regulations
Lead program planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement (CQI)
Monitor program budgets, performance benchmarks, and funder requirements
Collaborate on grants, reporting, renewals, and audits
Analyze data to improve program outcomes and service delivery
Maintain a small clinical caseload, as needed
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) (Public Health or Human Services considered with LCSW)
Minimum 3 years of program management experience, preferably in nonprofit or funded programs
Experience working with diverse and underserved populations
Skills
Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment
