Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Promote optimal health, well‑being, and safety of the patient through the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship‑based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Requirements Education
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement acceptable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates; preferred for experienced RNs.
Experience
One year experience preferred.
Specialty‑specific nursing skills and knowledge base.
Licenses/Certification
RN License required; Current state nursing license or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
Physical Requirements
Medium work – exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, or up to 10 lbs constantly.
