Responsibilities
The Clinical Dietitian oversees the nutrition care of the inpatients and outpatients, performing nutritional assessments, managing the physician’s orders for therapeutic diets and supplements. The Clinical Dietitian also provides nutrition education to patients and/or families, attends patient rounds, and maintains clinical nutrition policies.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition
Experience: Prefer one (1) year experience in a healthcare setting.
Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and Licensed Dietitian as required per state regulations.
