Position – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Warrior
Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs – True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule
Job Summary The LPN must be clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members.
Compensation Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)
Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Assess residents and report changes promptly
Document care in the EMR
Monitors performance and mentor CNAs
Ensure infection control and safety compliance
Completes all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
CPR certified
Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Clinical experience
