Radiology Technologist II – PRN (Acute)
Novant Health is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist II – Acute to join our REMARKABLE acute care team at Brunswick Medical Center.

Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality diagnostic radiographic exams in an acute care setting.
Work closely with physicians to deliver critical patient care.
Maintain patient safety and comfort with professionalism and empathy.
Apply principles of ALARA to minimize radiation exposure.
Demonstrate current knowledge of federal and state radiation safety laws.
Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment and manage maintenance scheduling.
Perform and assist with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures (including intraoperative and mobile procedures such as ERCP, bronchoscopy, mini‑C‑arm, post‑reduction, and mobile imaging for lines, pacers, and neonates).
Qualifications
ARRT (R) certification in Radiography required (new grads within 6 months of hire).
Prior acute‑care experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Graduate of ARRT‑approved Radiography program required.
Minimum of one year experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
Applicable state licensure and ARRT certification within 6 months of hire required.
