All work must be done in the office; absolutely no remote work allowed.
Primary duties include handling disability paperwork, appeal letters, EDD/FMLA/Work Comp paperwork, records requests, pharmacy calls, and inbox management.
Provide support for procedure setup.
Familiarity with ENT terminology and procedure setup is preferred.
ENT and urgent care experience preferred.
First-time applicants for this setting are accepted.
On-call duties are not required.
Weekend work is not required.
Clinician may float within their scope to meet facility needs.
Local applicants are accepted.
Pending license applications are not accepted; valid permanent California license must be in hand at the time of submission.
Modules are completed during orientation and vary by specialty. They are recorded via transcripts.
Orientation consists of 12 non-billable hours.
Please note this position requires a commitment to work directly within the clinic environment without the possibility of remote work. Applicants should be flexible, willing to float as necessary, and meet all health and certification requirements prior to the start of the assignment.
