Uphold hospital and unit policies, with flexibility to adapt to changing patient and unit needs.
Participate in a mandatory 12-hour orientation program prior to shift commencement.
Comply with a cancellation policy that allows cancellation of up to 4 shifts during the assignment.
Maintain clear and professional communication with healthcare teams and patients.
Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations in healthcare provision.
