We are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies, and contributing to the overall success of the department. This position will report directly to the
VP of HR
and will work closely with leadership to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of HR initiatives. If you are a proactive, resourceful, and people‑focused professional, we invite you to be a key contributor in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices that align with organizational goals.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns, provide timely and effective solutions, and resolve conflicts.
Partner with department leaders to provide guidance on employee performance, development, retention and disciplinary action.
Manage employee leaves of absence, including FMLA and other related processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and record‑keeping.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Track and maintain employee training records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and systems and MS Office.
