Responsibilities
Plan and implement units of product quality
Perform continuous assessment of product quality
Assist team to resolve operating problems with process, maintenance, and plant engineering support
Lead small projects in process monitoring, investigation, and optimization
Conduct statistical studies for operation review
Work closely with production department to improve process and quality
Follow safe practices at all times
Qualifications
Enrolled in Engineering Degree: Chemical, and/or Pulp & Paper Science
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
The following engineering courses are applicable: Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, and Statistics
