Requirements
3-5 Years of Plant Maintenance experience
PLC troubleshooting & Electrical Control skills
Welding experience (Mig/Tig/Arc)
Ability to read blueprints/schematics
Responsibilities
Conduct hands‑on preventative maintenance and mechanical/electrical repair work
Provide maintenance support to production and other departments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain department tools and equipment, including inventory and repair
Participate in new equipment installations, modifications, or special projects
Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine‑tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily based on electrical or electronic principles
Other tasks may be assigned as needed
Qualifications Skills
Communication skills, written and verbal
Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Fabrication and machine shop proficiency
Welding experience – Mig/Tig/Arc
PLC – Basic troubleshooting
Electrical controls – Intermediate/Expert
Problem‑solving, prioritization, and multi‑tasking skills are required
Excellent attention to detail/accuracy and organizational skills
Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly
Review technical documents to plan work
