Community and Corporate Growth Manager

Hybrid • White Bear Lake, MN • $50,000 – $60,000 annually

We partner with schools, youth groups, and corporate partners across the U.S. to engage students in hands‑on service‑learning while funding life‑saving water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects at schools worldwide.

We are launching our boldest vision yet: The Land of 10,000 WELLS initiative, a movement to transform millions of lives while equipping a generation of youth leaders to tackle the world’s most urgent challenges.

To make this vision a reality, we are hiring a Community and Corporate Growth Manager, a relationship‑driven closer who will recruit new schools and youth groups, cultivate corporate partnerships, and align these external efforts with our internal systems for maximum impact.

You will:

Recruit schools and youth organizations such as churches, Scouts, and sports teams to join our movement and bring clean water projects to life through service‑learning.

Engage corporate partners through sponsorships, cause‑marketing campaigns, and employee engagement opportunities.

Serve as a cross‑team connector, helping align external growth with internal accountability using EOS principles.

Drive both revenue growth and student engagement, advancing our 10,000 WELLS by 2034 vision.

This role is ideal for someone who loves to close, has a proven track record of selling educational tools or ideas, and thrives when building relationships that inspire action.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new schools and youth groups, building H2O for Life’s national presence.

Cultivate and grow corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships and building mutually beneficial relationships.

Represent H2O for Life at conferences, school visits, and corporate presentations to expand visibility and generate leads.

Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through a pipeline from first conversation to active program or partnership.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for both youth and corporate partners.

Support the Land of 10,000 WELLS campaign and other major organizational initiatives.

Track and report on progress using EOS Scorecards and KPIs.

What Success Looks Like

Year‑over‑year growth in schools, youth groups, and corporate partners engaged.

Clear systems for tracking outreach, follow‑ups, and conversion rates.

Long‑term partnerships where educators and corporate partners feel valued, supported, and inspired.

A strong, predictable pipeline of youth engagement and corporate revenue.

The Right Candidate Will Bring

Proven success in philanthropy, sales, or partnership development, especially in education or youth‑focused environments.

4‑6 years of professional experience.

Comfort with selling educational tools and ideas to teachers, youth leaders, and decision‑makers.

Experience cultivating corporate partnerships, such as sponsorships, cause‑marketing, or employee engagement programs.

A love for closing deals and exceeding goals, with a competitive yet collaborative spirit.

Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to groups.

Organizational skills to manage a high‑volume pipeline of prospects and partners.

Passion for education, youth leadership, and global change.

Technology and Tools

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) and basic Microsoft Office programs.

Comfortable using virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Google Meet for presentations and team collaboration.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for outreach and engagement.

Ability to leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve outreach, streamline communications, and support project management.

Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as the organization grows.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Hybrid work environment: At least two days per week in our White Bear Lake, MN office.
