We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Technician to join our team supporting the US Capitol Police. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and knowledgein supportingvarious operating systems for computers and software,possessstrong written and verbal communication skills, and be able toworka full-time schedule on-site in Washington, DC. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: The Help Desk Technician is the first line of support for users seekingassistancewith hardware, software, and network-related issues. This roleis responsible forprovidingtimelyand effectiveassistanceto resolve user problems and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Provide technical support for operating systemssuch as Window, iOS,Linuxand various software applications. Assistusers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Provision and deploy new hardware for users. Maintaina high levelof customer service for all support requests. Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Qualifications

US Citizenship. Active Top Secret clearance or equivalent. AnAssociate’s degreein the area of technologyplus 2 years of experience or a high school diploma and 4 years of experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability toworka regular schedule at theWashington DC locations. A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
