JOB SUMMARY
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
This high-level management position is responsible for overseeing and directing various warehouse operational departments and special projects associated with them. Functions that fall under the direction of this position include warehouse management, safety, order fulfillment for the distribution/FNFP division, order fulfillment for surplus, Small Parts, and repair divisions. Also responsible for performing management activities necessary to ensure warehouse is functioning at peak efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Management Ensure the ongoing efficient layout and proper storage of inventory and other items housed in both warehouses Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of all warehouse and storage areas. Ensure all operations are staffed properly on a daily basis. Ensure all schedules are proper to meet daily workload. Ensure all overtime is managed and used properly. Ensure we meet warehouse budgets and goals.
Safety Ensure overall safety and compliance with regulations and standards such as OSHA by identifying and implementing measures that provide ongoing employee awareness, safe operation and proper use of equipment. Provide ongoing awareness and education of employees through company safety committee, monthly safety tips and educational training.
Receiving, stocking and Order Fulfillment for the Distribution Department Ensure the accurate and efficient receiving and processing of incoming new product orders (Distribution) which consists primarily of immediate customer order fulfillment for new products procured for orders. Ensure FNFP stock room is well organized, stocked appropriately, and easy to navigate. Ensure ongoing inventory reconciliation, auditing, and metric tracking.
Order fulfillment for the Surplus, Small Parts and Repair divisions and other miscellaneous initial receiving Ensure the accurate and efficient picking and processing of existing surplus product orders (includes manual requisitions for repair/surplus production) which consists primarily of immediate customer order fulfillment for new and used surplus products. Procuring both warehouses are well organized, stocked appropriately, and easy to navigate. Ensure ongoing inventory reconciliation, auditing, and metric tracking.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

To consistently meet and exceed departmental goals, including measurable metrics specifically identified for direct reports
To consistently meet deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews
To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Forklift licenses (as necessary)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Frequent walking
Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN Eligible for yearly company bonus
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK SCHEDULE This is a salary position. The schedule for this position, when not traveling, is 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for overtime as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. OSHA approved and Company provided hard hats are required to be worn at all times during working hours. Closed toe, hard sole shoes must be worn, safety shoes are recommended. Radwell IDBadge and Access card must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.
