Manage and support technicians, service advisors, and support staff
Control workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiency in a high-volume environment
Oversee and ensure proper OEM warranty administration
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and experience

Recruit, train, and retain strong powersports service personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
The Right Background
3+ years managing a powersports or motorcycle service department
Hands-on understanding of motorcycle / ATV / UTV service operations
Proven experience leading technicians and service advisors
Strong knowledge of repair orders, scheduling, and warranty processes
Comfortable operating in a structured, performance-driven dealership
Experience with Lightspeed DMS or similar powersports systems preferred
Strong computer skills (daily DMS use, email, scheduling, basic reporting)
Motorcycle endorsement a plus
What We Offer
Competitive compensation with performance incentives
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid time off and holidays
Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and gear
OEM and ongoing professional training
Stable ownership, strong brand mix, and long-term growth opportunity

In-person role at our Mid-Atlantic dealership
Relocation assistance may be considered for the right powersports leader
