Overview As a Product Manager, iCasino at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will build and scale the online casino product across its iOS, Android, and desktop apps. You will create user stories, product requirements, roadmap priorities, and data‑driven features to deliver a best‑in‑class gaming experience.
Responsibilities
Write user stories, gather product requirements, and execute on product roadmap objectives specifically within promotions, rewards, and loyalty.
Use data and research to drive insights and recommendations to the online casino product roadmap (and other roadmaps throughout FBG).
Own product features end to end – from back‑office requirements to working with design to launch features.
Work with third‑party partners to improve customer journeys or create new ones.
Develop relationships with promos, ops, commercial teams to identify gaps and opportunities that will make Fanatics Casino more rewarding.
Drive go‑to‑market discussions for new features and partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders for successful launches.
Be a passionate subject‑matter expert on Fanatics, FBG products, and the real‑money gaming and entertainment industry.
Develop a deep understanding of the FBG platform, assets, customer base, and the unique position of FBG in the gaming and sports industry.
Think through and articulate user flows, edge cases, and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality.
Work with UI/UX and engineering teams to build elegant, beautifully designed digital‑native experiences on iOS and Android.
Work closely with marketing, analytics, UI/UX, and operations to understand user preferences and product performance; synthesize learnings into roadmap decisions.
Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives.
Be open to occasional travel to FBG offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team‑building activities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an agile, B2C digital‑native app organization.
3+ years building end‑to‑end product features and enhancements (back‑office, data, front‑end).
Preference for 2+ years working directly on back‑office/CMS improvements.
Deep passion for excellent user experiences, especially in rewards and loyalty.
Expert communication skills and ability to partner with engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to clearly articulate product decisions and value propositions.
Collaborative personality with cross‑functional teamwork.
Experience in online gaming or casino industry a plus.
Located in a legal online casino state (PA, NJ, WV, or MI).
Compensation & Benefits Base salary $125,000–$150,000 per year, plus Fanatics Betting & Gaming annual bonus program and equity award.
Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional benefits such as GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, free Shipt deliveries, and more. You’ll also receive $500 for setting up a home office.
