The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is on the lookout for awesome candidates to join our growing team. We represent 24 separate dealerships, 14 Collision Centers, and 18 Automotive Brands across the Delmarva peninsula and beyond. We are proud to serve over 90 local organizations and charities, driving community impact.

Responsibilities
Complete reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivable, deposits, petty cash, and receipts.
Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in‑person and over the phone.
Perform general office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, compliance reports, and filing.
Other duties to be assigned.
Qualifications
Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills (required).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (required).
Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service (required).
Computer proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred).
Must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized.
Bi‑lingual in Spanish (plus).
High School Diploma/GED required.
Valid license required.
