ServiceNow Architect and Developer – Albany, New York The ServiceNow Architect and Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting large-scale government operations. This role requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including custom application development, platform architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, high-performing ServiceNow applications. Required Experience

7 years of experience developing, implementing, and delivering applications on the ServiceNow platform. 3 years of experience creating and developing custom ServiceNow applications using: App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Form Builder, ServiceNow Studio IDE. 7 years of experience leading the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices. 4 years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements, including conducting information-gathering sessions, facilitating requirements interviews and workshops, documenting current-state systems and processes, and defining future-state requirements. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical architect for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Design and develop scalable, high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations. Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, UI components, and automation. Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability in alignment with government standards. Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (required). Compensation: $70.89 per hour
