The Vehicle Services Section ensures compliance with the laws that govern the vehicle titling and registration processes. It provides guidance and training to the state’s authorized agents, the public, and other entities involved in the Title and Registration processes. Title Services Clerk Position

We’re hiring a detailed and customer‑service oriented individual to be our Title Services Clerk in the Vehicle Services Section of the DMV. Use your multitasking abilities to troubleshoot, research, and take care of county and public questions and requests. Your technology skills will allow for quick and accurate data entry. Primary Duties

Title Auditing : Provides knowledge and guidance to counties and the public regarding title and registration questions via phone or written correspondence, researches and provides copies of documents to other government entities, companies and the public, and audits and ensures documents are complete and accurate. DRIVES Record Maintenance : Reviews, identifies, comments and modifies motor vehicle records appropriately. In‑Office Work

G3A3XX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) years of relevant experience in General Clerical and/or Call Center work. Experience providing exceptional customer service in the call center and/or online; interfacing with a variety of people from many levels within the organization and community. Data entry, including entering information into a program or database (appointments, contact information, customer records). Regular daily work responsibilities utilizing equipment and software used in offices (E‑Mail, Microsoft Office programs, Google Apps, etc.). Regular daily work responsibilities utilizing computer systems, scanners, printers, copiers, fax machines and other technologies. Typing professional emails, letters, reports, briefings, forms, memoranda, etc. Reviewing and comparing data for accuracy and completeness; gathering specified information and compiling routine reports. Preferred Qualifications

Two plus years working in a complex, high‑volume call center. Experience working with sensitive information of a confidential nature. Career progression in a general clerical and/or customer service position. Conditions of Employment
