Position Purpose As Assistant Stretch Manager (Assisted Stretching Sales), you will assess the needs of our members to formulate and recommend customized mobility programs and services, taking ownership of the member experience and business objectives on weekends in preparation for managing your own club.

Responsibilities

Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.

Club cleanliness.

New member onboarding.

Collaborate with membership and personal training sales.

Build and maintain equipment safety.

Show passion for fitness and mobility.

Strong drive for success and commitment.

Maintain a track record of delivering results.

Motivate clients.

Achieve daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when Stretch Manager is absent (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).

Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans.

Serve as an information hub for product knowledge, programs, events, etc.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of fitness sales experience.

Experience working with membership sales and personal training teams.

Consistently develop Stretch Trainers’ skills through coaching.

Ownership of results and adaptability to various situations.

Strong communication and customer‑service mentality.

Team player, willing to assist with any task.

Highly organized.

Ability to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.

Attention to detail while producing accurate, high‑quality work.

Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early‑mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts.

Passion for health and fitness.

Requirements

Successful background check.

CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.

Ability to access and operate company computer systems (entering data, preparing documents, reading reports, using email system).

Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
