Overview:
This position will support the Controller by managing customer-submitted order acknowledgments, reviewing order accuracy (item numbers, quantities, pricing), resolving discrepancies, coordinating communications, updating records, and assisting with administrative tasks that contribute to efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The tasks below are currently being performed by existing employees, the goal is to offload to free up their bandwidth. The staff will support and train on all tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Vendor (Haworth) Acknowledgements (daily)
Receiving in ERP system (daily)
Accounts Payable Remittance Packets (weekly)
Electronically file paid invoices in SharePoint
Upload shipping notifications to SharePoint and email to Project Coordinators
Sustainability Tracking
Other duties as we realize optimization.
Key Qualifications:
Experience with ERP based accounting systems is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Office 365, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail oriented
Demonstrates effective time management and daily prioritization.
Demonstrates confidentiality.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Shift / Hours:
Monday – Friday in one single shift, 7:00 AM CST – 4:00 PM CST . Note this is +13 or +14 Philippine time, which will be 8:00 PM PHT – 5:00 AM in PHT.
