Ideal role for an experienced underground Production Engineer
The Opportunity: You’ll work closely with a diverse and high-performing team for our Underground Mining Team at Agnew Gold Mine.
Reporting tothe Senior Engineer: Mine Production, you will be responsible for drill and blast designs and short-term scheduling in line with short-to medium-term plans.

What You’ll Do
Play a role in guiding the mine to success by developing and implementing 2-weekly production plans that align the mine to its mid and long-term plan
Contribute to continuous improvement through your analysis of stoping performance and optimization of dilution and recovery.

What You’ll Bring
Tertiary qualifications inMining Engineering, or a related discipline, plusand manual driver’s licence.
Previous experience within underground hard rock engineering, with drill and blast design, preferably gold
Demonstrated exposure to drill and blast design software is essential, preferably Deswik.
