Position Overview Account Executive (Sales) – tradeshow experience is a must. We are open to candidates located in Orlando, Los Angeles, DC, NYC, Houston, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Denver, or Charlotte. This person will need to be onsite the first 2 weeks and then will only need to come in once a quarter. Airfare and lodging will be covered during the training period and for quarterly visits. The person will also need to fly in for an onsite interview, with airfare and lodging covered as well.
Key Responsibilities
50% – Develop relationships with prospects. Understand prospect’s trade show schedule and/or brand space plans, marketing goals, and recommend our solutions. Communicate with target clients, current clients, and past clients. Meet in person, on the phone, and at trade shows. Attend 3–5 networking events per month. Keep track of customer activity in Salesforce. Present designs and estimates to prospects. Seek continuous feedback to refine design to align with client expectations.
15% – Prepare design request form to document client’s vision for their trade show exhibit for our internal design and estimation departments. Review line drawing, color rendering, and estimate before presentation to customer. Prepare and present revisions based on client feedback.
15% – Prepare job packet detailing exactly what was sold: project summary and production form, updated rendering, estimate, job cost sheet, invoice, method of payment, internal order form, vendor quotes, and graphic specs. Collect customer deposit. Attend kickoff meeting with the production team. Attend customer preview to ensure expectations are met. Follow up with the customer after the show or install.
10% – Ongoing training, department meetings, and weekly progress check‑in with your manager.

Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing preferred, but not required
Interact with customers and prospects
Interact with internal departments (design, estimation, account and project management)
Interact with vendors
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
