What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Market the employer's suite of products and services to protocol teams and token issuers globally
Provide exceptional sales and relationship management for token issuers
Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol‑specific products
Collaborate with senior team members to generate and pursue leads
Maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of VIP global clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the crypto industry or traditional finance
Strong passion for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and commitment to staying current on trends
Excellent team collaboration skills, capable of working across various functions
Self‑motivated with a strong drive for results without the need for micromanagement
Strong verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex subjects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading the go‑to‑market strategy for a token launch at a crypto protocol
Previous sales experience at a competing custodian, exchange, or crypto trading platform
Background in traditional financial institutions
Experience in sell‑side investment banking
