Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities
Motivate, energize, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results, prioritizing time and effort beyond expectations.
Co‑create a positive, safe and fun atmosphere for guests and teammates.
Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
Recruit, coach and develop the team to foster a productive, collaborative store environment.
Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Management experience in a retail environment.
Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and computer usage.
Experience in loss prevention, cash management, and visual merchandising.
Recruitment training, performance management, scheduling and payroll management.
Space planning and visual merchandising expertise.
Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching and ladder climbing, vision abilities with close focus and depth perception, lifting at least 30 lbs.
Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
Compensation The hourly wage for this position ranges from
$29.63
to
$31.63 , based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Full benefits details will be communicated upon finalization of the offer.
